Shipping policy

All products offered through our store are made-to-order. Production of your order begins only after your order has been submitted and confirmed, and typically requires 2–5 business days.

Estimated shipping times are 2–6 business days after production, depending on the delivery destination. While we provide these estimates for your convenience, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including, but not limited to, carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate. We are not liable for delays, losses, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.
